Project Summary

Georgia Pacific is one of the world’s largest manufacturers and distributors of tissue, pulp, paper, toilet, and paper towel dispensers. Harder has a long-standing relationship with Georgia Pacific, working at these facilities since 2001. For this project, our Pulp and Paper project experts executed the converting area roof replacement and MAU installation.
Work included demo of the 204,000 SF existing roof and replacing it with an insulation and membrane system. Additional scope included rebuilding every curb, all new roof drains, removing seven existing MAU’s from the roof, installing four new MAU’s on the ground, and the 4,000 LF of NG piping associated with the MAU’s.
