Management Commitment to Safety
It is the policy of Harder Mechanical Contractors, Inc., to meet our safety and health responsibilities. We will constantly strive to maintain a safe working environment for our employees, subcontractors, owner representatives and visitors on all of our projects.
Harder Mechanical will not compromise or tolerate anyone compromising safety to meet another responsibility. Everyone associated with a Harder Mechanical project will be held responsible and accountable for the daily safety performance of the project.
Harder Mechanical will take whatever action is necessary in engineering, planning, designing, training and supervising our employees and process to ensure a safe work environment for all.
The effectiveness of our program depends upon the participation and cooperation of all employees, contractors/subcontractors and management. Their coordinated efforts are essential for producing results. All management personnel and hourly craftspeople must demonstrate total support of the Environmental Health Safety (EHS) program. Compliance with the Harder EHS program requirements is a condition of employment.
